Juniper Villa
A payment and collections system for villas sold on installment plans
Juniper Villa sells villas on installment plans, and was tracking sales, staged payments, interest and customer follow-up across manual spreadsheets — error-prone, and hard to audit when a figure was questioned. We designed and built a single system covering the whole cycle: sales, scheduled installments, interest accrual, advance credit and customer communication. Payment status is computed from the ledger on every read rather than stored as a flag that could drift, and financial operations run as database transactions so a partial failure can never leave the books inconsistent.
Susila
Rebuilding the streaming layer of a Sinhala film platform
Susila Productions had a subscription streaming platform that had already been built. The pricing page took no money, nothing on the server checked who was entitled to watch, and playback ran through a third-party embed that could not adapt to a mobile connection. We rebuilt video delivery, subscription billing and access control, restructured the front end, and later added live broadcast.
Landora Tours
A Sri Lankan tour operator built from a blank page
Landora Tours arrived with a list of packages and the hotels they work with. Everything else — what the site should be, how it should be organised, how it should look and how it should behave — was ours. We researched the market, designed the experience, and built it in Next.js: an interactive island map, and a step-by-step planner that lets a traveller assemble their own journey.
LevelUp Saloon
Rebuilding an AI-generated salon platform that only looked finished
LevelUp Saloon had a working salon management app — built with AI assistance, running, demoable. It also had a core flow that failed silently: every edit to a scheduled appointment was rejected by the database and rolled back, while the interface reported success. We rebuilt the system underneath across five phases without touching a single line of their design, then audited all four flows end to end and fixed what that turned up.
