Understand the business
We start with a conversation about what your business actually does and where it’s losing time or customers. Not a feature list — the problem underneath it.
Plan and scope
We map out what needs building and why, then put it in writing: what you’re getting, how long it takes, what it costs. Nothing starts until that’s agreed.
Design
We design the structure and the interface before writing code. You see it, comment on it, and change it while changing it is still cheap.
Build
Regular progress you can look at and respond to. No disappearing for six weeks and hoping it’s what you wanted.

Susila — streaming platform
A film streaming platform that looked finished but could not take a payment, check who had paid, or stream reliably. We rebuilt delivery, billing and access control, then added live streaming.

The client had packages and hotels — nothing else. We researched the market, designed it, built it and tested it: 106 pages, a clickable island map, and a planner that lets travellers build their own trip.

An AI-built salon app that ran fine and silently discarded every appointment edit. We rebuilt it underneath in five phases, audited all four flows end to end, and changed nothing the staff could see.
