Who we are
Calden Digital is a software studio based in Matara, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at info@caldendigital.com.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email address, project type, timeline, budget range and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account system.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to discuss the project. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to respond and for our own records, and deleted on request.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Neither uses the content of your message for anything else. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals or build profiles. It records aggregate page views, referrers and country. No personal data is collected and nothing is shared across sites.
Cookies
We set no cookies for tracking. The only browser storage the site uses is a single localStorage entry remembering your light or dark theme choice.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@caldendigital.com.
